Assess a rear rack with existing equipment
Fit depends on mounting point layout. Seatpost designs and racks supported by frame bosses have different use conditions. Check pannier or top-bag mounting systems when choosing for your cargo. A disc-compatible name does not guarantee fit on every disc-brake bicycle.

- Measure space around tyre, mudguard and caliper.
- Observe rack limit and permitted total bicycle load together.
- For panniers, assess heel clearance and rear light position.
Will a folding-bike rack obstruct folding?
