Top Tube Bags
A top tube bag offers storage for small belongings around the upper frame tube. When comparing PRO Gravel, Zefal and Zipp, consider bag length, attachment and knee clearance alongside capacity for a balanced choice.

Plan the position on your top tube
Top tube bags can organise everyday supplies or separate frequently needed touring items. Fittings and positions differ between models. Read the name, photos and dimensions together to distinguish bags sitting on the top tube from those carried inside the frame.
- Compare bag length with available space towards the stem and saddle.
- Confirm your frame supports the strap or bolt fitting.
- Check zip direction, compartments and stated internal phone dimensions.
- Check contact with cables and knees when pedalling with the bag loaded.
Will a phone compartment fit every phone?
Measure your phone with its case. Screen size alone is insufficient; use the stated internal dimensions.
Can I fit one without threaded frame mounts?
Choose a model designed for strap mounting. Bolt-only bags require suitable mounts; do not drill holes in the frame.
