If you're thinking about buying a new bike, bring your current bike to our store. Let's evaluate the trade-in option together by inspecting your bike on site.
Trade-in is done when purchasing a new bike from our stores. We do not buy used bikes independently. Eligibility and offers for trade-in are determined after a physical inspection at the store.

Switch to your new bike
If your trade-in is accepted and we agree on an offer, let's complete the trade-in along with your new bike purchase at the store.
What should you share for the first meeting?
- Brand and model: The exact brand and model name of your current bike
- Model year: If known, the production/model year; if unknown, just mention that
- Current photos: Pictures of the whole bike, frame, and important parts; any damage or wear if applicable
- Current condition: Known faults, replaced parts, or maintenance needs
- Bike you want to buy: Model name or the product link from our website
Make sure only the bike and relevant parts appear in the photos. There's no need to send personal documents or identity info.

Can I sell my old bike before buying a new one?
We do not purchase used bikes independently. We only consider your current bike for trade-in when you buy a new bike from our stores.
Can I get a definite price from a photo?
Photos and model info are for initial contact only. A final evaluation and possible trade-in offer happen after physical inspection at the store.
Are all bikes accepted for trade-in?
We cannot guarantee trade-in acceptance for every bike. Eligibility is determined after inspection at the store.
Can I complete the trade-in process online?
You can initiate contact online. However, the bike inspection and completing the trade must be done in store when purchasing your new bike.
