The central mounting area determines the choice
Check whether the lower frame has a suitable mounting point. Epic, Vona and Impact examples offer options for different wheel sizes; the same model name may come in different sizes. Clamp or top-plate requirements depend on the fitting arrangement.
- Check the mounting area's width and mounting bolt position.
- Ensure gear cables, wires and hoses cannot be trapped by the fitting.
- On adjustable models, verify that the required length falls within the adjustment range.
- Leave enough clearance for pedal movement with the stand extended and folded.
