How to choose Zipp products?
First, verify the compatibility of your current cassette with the XDR body and confirm the shaft measurements of the frame and fork. Compare the Center Lock rotor connection with your existing brake discs. Determine the exact model code of the 404 Firecrest to check if the rim is hookless. For hookless versions, follow the manufacturer's approved tubeless tires, sizes, and pressure limits. Assess the operating pressure based on rider load and tire width; do not directly apply the instructions of older 404 models to a different generation.
